Finding exclusive gifts to offer your customers is not easy, but our customer made jigsaw puzzles with unique “Whimsy” pieces allow you to offer your customers something different and unique. We can supply retail products based upon artwork reflecting your own property or treasure, offering your customers a collectable, high quality bespoke souvenir which they can not find anywhere else. A wooden puzzle in quality packaging will be cherished and put together more than once creating a lasing reminder of their visit to you.

How we create a range of custom made puzzles

  • You choose and submit your images and any logos to us for assessment
  • You select the finished sizes of puzzles you would like to order (maxi, midi, mini, micro)
  • We select and appropriate cut to suit your image, a bespoke cut can also be designed for an extra charge
  • You choose a title for each image to appear on the box label
  • You place an official order
  • We produce artwork approval sheets
  • You approve artwork and return them, signed, to us
  • Manufacture will then commence on receipt of approved artwork sheets
  • You order will be ready for delivery in approximately 14-21 days

Image information

  • You must hold the copyright to the image OR have clearance from the copyright holder to use it
  • Wentworth can only accept orders on the understanding that we will no be responsible for any infringements of copyright
  • Digital images (ideally jpeg, tiff or pdf) must be at least 300dpi. The higher the resolution the more appealing and faster selling the puzzle will be.
  • If colour matching is important please send us an approved hard copy of your image
  • The images submitted should be in a 1 to 1.4 ratio (e.g 6 x 4 / 7 x 5). However we can cater for irregular sizes (e.g. square or panoramic) or crop where required
  • The laser cutting trims the image by 5mm on each edge, please allow for this when supplying artwork

Q: What are the advantages of having custom made puzzles?
A: You will have a range of products which are unique to your property / shop making a great appealing gift to customers who want a reminder or memento from their visit.

Q: How do I select the image(s) to use for my bespoke puzzle?
A: Instantly recognisable images will always work well as jigsaws – an image showing the exterior of a church tends to work better than an aerial shot of the local area. Puzzlers love lots of detail, so we don’t recommend images with a large expanse of one colour – a beautiful sunset may make a great photograph but would be a nightmarish puzzle! Our sales team are always happy to give advice on images so please get in touch if help is required.

Q: How many puzzles of each image do I have to order?
A: This varies depending on the size of puzzle you are looking to order. Please see our price list for more information.

Q: What Point of Sale display material is available to me?
A: We are able to provide framed puzzles for our larger puzzles and supply display units for our pocket sized ‘micro’ puzzles. Please get in touch with our sales team for more information.

Q: What is the Lead Time for custom puzzles?
A: Usually 3-4 weeks from proof approval. Please allow extra time in the run up to Christmas.
